Meet The Coach

MIKHAIL EFREMOV
Mikhail is a California-based Certified Master Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience helping clients transform their health, bodies, and mindset.
Originally from Russia, Mikhail’s athletic roots began early — in Judo, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting. While earning his degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education, he achieved a 1st-degree black belt in Judo, developing the strength, discipline, and focus that shaped his fitness philosophy today.
Driven by ambition and a passion for growth, he moved to the U.S. to pursue new opportunities and compete in National Physique Committee (NPC) men’s physique and bodybuilding events. After settling in California, he became certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), expanding his expertise in fitness and nutrition coaching.
Mikhail’s mission is simple: to help others build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives through smart training, balanced nutrition, and gratitude. His personal transformation—from an “insecure teen” with back issues to an award-winning athlete—serves as living proof that with Dedication, Discipline, and Diet, anything is possible.
Known for his genuine energy and results-driven approach, Mikhail empowers his clients to push past limits and unlock their potential. His coaching style blends science, motivation, and real-life experience—creating lasting change inside and out.
When he’s not coaching, Michael enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking healthy meals, traveling, and participating in sports and community events.
“It would be a pleasure and an honor to work with you.”
